As dfreely said, most smaller post offices dont have IRC's but go to your biggest post office in your area and they should sell them there. If not you could request in the 'Autographs for sale/exchange' fourm :D

IRCs are generally considered outdated, and because few people use them, most smaller post offices don't bother carrying them.

Hi,

I have a problem with getting IRC's. Because I live in a small town, the post office here doesn't sell any IRC's, they never even heard of them, wich I find a bit strange. I'm curious if it's only a problem here in the Netherlands ( or are there any Dutch members who that can buy them ) or is it a problem that more members from my country or other country's have to??
