I agree. Since when has the name Lindsay meant Lohan and only Lohan?

It's not like it was an advert about family therapy or something and the guy going was called Tiger.

It's amazing how much lower these low people can go.

Like I said, Lindsay Lohan isn't famous enough to be known as "Lindsay" mononymously. Lohan herself seems to be the only one who thought that the baby Lindsay was a reference to her.

true...put it this way: if there was a drug commercial thats like them saying: "....i would never wanna be like Britney..." as in Britney Spears....so its kinda like that....but 100 million dollars? WOW lol :shock:

According to the article,
Chris Brown, a spokesman for Grey Group, which produced the spot, is throwing cold milk on the controversy, saying it "just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team."
I don't think anyone involved with making that commercial could have foreseen Lohan suing them.

Could be wrong, but I've read she makes money these days simply by charging up to $10,000 for event appearances.

I think what's silly about this lawsuit is that it obviously isn't directly towards Lohan. Lindsay is a very common name, and Lohan certainly isn't famous enough to be known by it mononymously. That, and $100 million is really overshooting it.

when you have four amzing movies hit theaters and it sells tons of tickets...and then 2 or 3 years pass and you start to have TV MOVIES That air on tv and not in the theaters she has to make $$$ Somehow...and that commercial did direct bad energy towards her for her drinking didnt it? they could of used any name like brandon or michelle? lol

why lindsay'a name? but..... :neutral:

Lindsay never had much talent to begin with. She was just another pretty face with enough to get by, but once that type of actress picks up a bad lifestyle, they pretty much fall off the map. Tara Reid was a good example of this.

Lol, the irnony was, she was quite a promising young actress. I am not sure where it all went worng, but she seems to have lost all her talent sadly
