Doctor Who / Children in Need book project

by Richard Kirby » Sun Jun 20, 2010 7:14 pm

Hi

I recently started a book project based around the search to find the female companions of the various incarnations of Doctor Who. I work in the NHS and write just as a hobby, but have always wanted to compile something that might be able to raise some money for Children in Need. I came across this site whilst searching for a couple of addresses and I'll certainly feed back if any of the addresses used result in a reply.

If anyone happens to be interested, the book will be called "Desperately Seeking Susan Foreman" and there is a Facebook group of the same name that you are welcome to join.

I only started three weeks ago, but have already had replies with signed photos from Mary Tamm, Anneke Wills and Deborah Watling, Anneke also sent a lovely letter. Hopefully I'll get a few more replies as time goes by, but if I need any help, at least I know where to ask!

Cheers.

Richard
