Sheesh, please excuse the above. I mis-read your question Noon Eastern is 11 Central, 10 Moutain and 9 pacific. I am sorry I did not read carefully. I just showed my stupidity.

No. EST stands for Eastern Standard Time (basically the east coast of the US. PST stands for Pacific Standard Time (the west coast) between them are CST Central and MST Mountain. So basically EST and PST cover the two coasts with other time zones between them. Hope that answers your question.
