It's a server-side error, so it's not you. At the very least, a MySQL table is corrupted. Sometimes fixing it is as simple as clicking the "Repair" button (fittingly enough), though given this forum's problems, the server really has too many problems for this to not happen again. I wouldn't be too surprised if this ends up being the precursor to another massive crash.
And gosh, this forum is still using MySQL 4...
