Most do, however if you want them to sign a certain photo, print it and then send the printed photo. Be careful with sending without postage because some celebs have the ones without postage tossed in the trash. So I think you should be respectful and provide a SASE. {up}

i think that makes it more official to me

Some do. Most of them probably have head shots of them in offices of their agents. You will have to request on if you decide not to send a photo.
