Well if you don't have a personal e-mail or Facebook account of hers, then I would contact her old house. Say you were trying to find old friends and wanted to try to contact her. Shouldn't be too much of a problem. I wouldn't try sending mail through fanmail because it might get lost in everything. And she might not read through the letter thoroughly.

I won't name names but we only knew each other a little bit and made small talk, she was very outgoing and in the popular crowd. But it would feel strange writing to her like other celebs - after all I'm looking to make conversation and get back in touch with old friends, not looking for autographs. I still have her old address when she was living in my hometown (her father probably still lives there). What's the best way to get in touch? If I wrote and told her who I was would that work?
