Rest in Piece Phyllis Diller

Phyllis Diller was a trailblazer for female comedians everywhere. When she started doing comedy in 1952, comedy was based on the way you dressed. Thus, her iconic hair and clothes. Near the end of her comedic career, she had achieved so much and retired on top.

She inspired Roseanne Barr, Rosie O'Donnell, Joan Rivers, and so many more. Joan Rivers was taking notes from Phyllis Diller before she even thought of becoming Joan Rivers.

Phyllis was close friends with Bob Hope, and worked with him on a few movies. She also worked with Bors Karloff.

We'll miss her jokes about Fang and age and sex and marriage...the list doesn't stop.
