The USPS will no longer sell them starting this month. I bought the last two I could get last week. I was told today that they are discountinued. Bummer.

They were not French. On every IRC in every country the main writing is in French. It just is.

To answer your question: yes, they are in use and you can send them

How do I obtain them? Are they still used?

I saw some on usps.com, but they were French. I need to send two letters to England and one to Australia.

I asked a local post office and the worker was not sure.
Any help?
