I don't know if this is the correct place to post this or not, but I just found out about this and wanted to share in case others hadn't heard either. :] This is [probably] going to be good for sending some fanmail to other countries, and it's fairly new.

I went online to purchase stamps and found this announcement for Global Postage Stamps. For $22 you get 20 Global Postage Stamps [priced at $1.10/stamp] and anything 1 ounce or less can be sent anywhere in the country OR if you're sending to Canada it can be up to 2 ounces. I don't know exactly how much letters cost to other countries [I've just been going nuts with Forever Stamps on the few I've sent o_o] so this may or may not be cheaper.
