Man United unsuccessful manager's job application

by georgemc » Thu May 16, 2013 11:21 pm

On 9th May I posted a letter to David Gill, Chief Executive of the club to register my interest in replacing Sir Alex. I listed all of my managerial accolades. When I say accolades I mean the trophies I've won in the Football Manager games. I acknowledged that David Moyes was favourite and it was a tough decision to choose me or him, so I said I would withdraw my application if they sent me a few autographs. Sadly they appointed Moyes that same day I posted my letter.

I recieved a letter from Man U on 16th May which can be found below along with my letter to the club. No autographs unfortunately

P.S Yes I had nothing better to do. Dunno if this is the right place for this topic. Just a bit of fun anyhoo
