I'm still trying o figure my way around.

I have a question, I live in the Uk and I've seen the advice on sending an IRC, but my question is, has anyone had any success with using an IRC?

This may be a stupid question, you guys may use them all the time....but as I'm new I have no idea

BTW: this is the coolest site I've ever come across!! :D
Welcome to the site!
I have sent my letter using IRC and ? had success.
Since many posts have stopped redeem IRC, it is a good idea to buy foreign stamps!
Good luck!
