Hi capmonte. Are you from America too? I think it's weird too! Um.. The part when you have to put your flat name, property name, and property number? Well, aside from my name and house number I didn't know what else to put so I just put my name and house number again. Could that be a reason as to why I can't purchase online?

devl812 wrote:hello again, marksautographs, thanks for answering my question. I appreciate it. Here's another one for you (sorry about this) but thanks to that link you provided I found the stamps I was going to use. Here's the problem, when I was ready to buy the stamps, this message popped up, The following items cannot be delivered to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

It's like they don't want me to send something to the UK and back. Why bother having the option there? Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Interesting.....I've only ordered from Royal Mail once and I called them to place my order because I needed a specific number of stamps. They just asked for an address and credit card number. I would definitely give them a call to place your order.

Here's what it says on Royal Mail's website:

If you’ve got an enquiry about your purchases contact us on 03457 641 641. If you're calling from outside of the UK, dial (+44) 1752 387112.

Alternatively you can email us at philatelic.enquiries@royalmail.com

Hey marksautographs, as always thanks for your input. I will try to purchase online again. If I still don't have any luck, then I will call or email them. Thanks!

I did what you suggested and went to Royal Mail and tried to go that route. When I was about to print my postage (I did a 'print preview') I noticed that it says post by 03.07.14 obviously it's going to take longer for the celebrity to respond. Does that matter? Please respond. I don't want to waste money if it's going to be pointless. Thanks in advance!
Find what you need here. Don't print out the postage!

If royal mail doesn't have the amount you need, you can call them and make a custom order. I've done that before when I only needed one stamp.

Possibly. I know they stopped selling them in the USA too.
