This is an autograph forum, whats with these insane spammers and nonsense posts?
A lot of these people aren't trolling, they're just idiots.

As for your question, it's because admin possess neither the ability to know what's spam nor the inclination to care. Go through the IP forum & the long (50+ page) threads in Collecting Help & Discussions & you'll find spam posts that have had reports open for over 2+ years now. He just doesn't care.

Heck, if you go into Forum Ideas, you'll find where he actually replied to one of the spam posts (it was one of the bots that copied the text of another post in the forum & posted it with the URL in the signature line).

If you're going to spam/troll at least make it funny or worth reading - inviting celebrities via an autograph collector's forum which likely no celebrity actually reads, and even by some small stroke of truth you're being real - you didn't even leave your address for all of them.
