I guess you could leave your phone number under your name & what time your able to answer the phone.
I made a footer with my contact infro (my name, address, phone, email, and myspace address). It looks like stationary when printed up and is a great way to give the option of contacting me without being too in-your-face about it.

Halo,

When I wrote a letter (I type it on my computer) to a celebrity, I have a certain way which I write to them.

I do this, I alway start with:

Dear name of celebrity and good day to you.

I start another paragraph where I introduce myself.

Another paragraph where I tell the celebrity about their work & what I like about them.

I might start another paragraph with some of their other work (if applicable)

I have a small paragraph where I request an autograph or I ask them if they will sign one (only applicable if I send a photo).

Then I write Thanks for your time and have a great day.

Then I write Sincerely & I sign my signature under it because I compose my letters on a computer & I use my printer to print it up.

One thing I do & I advise other people to do is to keep the letters short & simple because not all celebrities will read the letter if it is too long.

Isn't that a little dangerous? I read some celeberties don't read fanmail, but secreteries and managers do, so you don't really know who is going to get your phone number.
It might be a little dangerous but it's probably as dangerous as putting your home address down which, IMO, is very important if you want to get an autograph.
