I have posted this on another forum, and got some replies, but no one really had any ideas.

In school at the moment, we are learning a lot about Global Waring etc.

People listen to Celebrities more than they listen to "everyday folk". If a celebrity were to make a statement about something, mre people are likely to listen than if a membor of the government said it, because many people respect celebrities just for being celebrities.

I was thinking, Bob Geldof did Live Aid, and cares a lot about charities etc. Think what a positive impact on the world there would be if the same sort of thing happened, but with Celebrities campaigning about Global Warming?

I was thinking of writing to Sir Bob Geldof with some ideas, in the hope that with help something could be done. It is a long shot, but it's worth a try.

I'd really appreciate it if people posted comments, questions and ideas on what sort of things could be suggested Sit Bob Geldof.
