I think you're a little confused.
The UACC is the Universal Autograph Collectors Club. They are the oldest and most respected autograph collecting club in the world and must follow the strict code of ethics in order to be a member. Their website can be found
here.
The website
http://www.uaccauction.com/ is legitimate (there's even a link on the UACC website) and the autographs should be genuine

. The sellers on the site are Registered Dealers of the UACC. The UACC is a club and
does not sell autographs directly - it is the members/dealers of the UACC that do so.
If you're buying autographs from members of the UACC, it should be OK.
