I've had problems from the ads here as well.

The Google ads at the top of the page are safe, and have always been safe.

It's the ads from yieldmanager.com and adtegrity.net that I don't agree with.

I try support this site the best that I can by clicking on the Google ads.. But I refuse to download and install Reg-Cleaner from a shady looking website.. especially one that tries to force me to download it after I click NO or CLOSE.

I've had to block those ad servers to rid that and a few other problems.

If you are suspect those ads are a risk to your computer, I suggest you try blocking unrequested pop-ups, and blocking the following addresses:

http://content.yieldmanager.edgesuite.net
http://ad.yieldmanager.com
http://ad.adtegrity.net

As I said before, the Google ads are safe.. never had a problem with them.

I have McAfee and it always tells me I have trojans when I come on this site.

Sometimes it pops up this thing which "checks" your computer, it has "yes and "no" in it.... I just close it straight after I see it

I never downloaded the fanmail toolbar so what hit me wasn't from that. I believe it's from the all the pop ups on this site. The viruses I received was continuous pop ups on my comp. , dialing on it's own,(even when the comp. was off) a flood of spam, changed my home page. It was crazy. LOL Since the antivirus programs I had didn't detect either virus. I have no idea what viruses they were. I had to send it out to get them removed.

I've been attacked several times on this site. Went thru norton anti virus then I switched to mcafee and it went thru that. I eventually switched to f-secure. I always put up an extra firewall when I come on here and I put pop up blocker on High and I haven't had a problem. If your not fully protected and updated this site can and will fubar your computer.
