Yep - that's about right. 8) If you get your chance to become a Junior Mod - you've got to be helpful around the board, provide useful information to new or just confused users {up} , you've got to know your stuff too! :lol: After your 2 months, as Leo said - the moderators vote and discuss the potential mod and if the JM has been a great help over the 2 months then you have a chance of impressing the moderators! :wink:

First you have to be a junior moderator for 2 months (you can ask admin to become one) and after your two months are up.. the moderators deliberate and decide whether or not you would make a good moderator, & if not, you will remain a JM for another 2 months until the next vote & so on.

The job of a Moderator sounds fun. Is there anyway for a person to become a moderator? How? What do you have to do to become a moderator. Any reply would be appreciated!
