To be a JM you have to have some experience in autograph collecting and be polite and take time to help other members in return you have the power to run their own forum (Junior Moderators Forum) and do some basic moderator stuff (exuse my bad explination, I can't think of the right word to use).
Full moderators have to spend 2 months as a Junior Mod. At the end of the 2 months they are reviewed to see if the have what is needed to be a full moderator. Full Moderators have the power to Move, Edit, Delete, Lock, Split and Merge posts and topics. They can also warn users for inappropriate behavior.
You should never become a JM or Mod just for the power, it is for people willing to share their experience and tips with other people.
