Well like MW1221 said they delete emails that have multiple address in the "To" section. That's because the addresses can get spammed for one. And there are other reasons too.

They set their spam filters to delete messages like that

Why is that?

Yeah you can make as many requests as you want to. The thing is is that you have to use separate emails for each request you make. You can't send an autograph request to say, Matt LeBlanc and Jennifer Aniston in the same email. You would have to send one email to: jenniferaniston@studiofanmail.com <- (I don't know that that is the correct address, just an example ;) ) for Jennifer Aniston and another separate email to mattleblanc@studiofanmail.com for Matt LeBlanc....I hope that helped.

If I wrote to studio fanmail for example requesting a autograph of Jennifer Aniston, can I make another request on studio fan mail for another celebrity because I went to their website and it says

When making a request via the email addresses below, SFM has a strict policy of only making one request per email. If an email for, say 7th Heaven, comes in, but it also has requests for other clients, they will delete that email entirely. Also, something good to know is that all you have to put in the body of the email is your mailing address. There is no reason to write a fan letter at all because the celeb will NEVER see the email, much less even know that you wrote to them. That is why they hired SFM to begin with. :-)

Please help
