Gerald Richardson got mad when he didn't get his autograph.

Police have released some new information regarding who was behind this accident.

25 year old Gerald Richardson of Evanston was charged with reckless driving and driving without insurance. Richardson said something about "someone killed his mother". Witnesses say that Richardson resisted arrest, and said, "What did I do?" as police attempted to take him into custody.

Police are still investigating options for this crash; whether it was delibrate has not yet been confirmed.

It said that the driver drove up and down State St. a few times making several U-Turns before crashing into the studio, and he is currently in the custody of the Chicago Police.

I have nothing more to share.

It was a silver mini-van (probably a Mazda). The station doesn't know anything more, and when they learn more it won't be released until the news at 5 am.
