So in fact they pass on fanmail but to get something from the band it depends from their manager.

yesterday i emailed MEN arena to ask them about passing on fanmail and here's what they emailed back to me

As a venue im afraid the only thing we are able to do for fans is if they send fan mail in etc for the attention of the artist - on the day of the event we pass over to the Promoter who then passes it to the Artist Management.
Unfortunately as a venue we don’t get any further involved than that – you are welcome to send something in to the MEN Arena address but it's at the discretion of the artist's management as to if they reply.Hope this helps

If I were You I would try to send a letter to Celine Dion. I send them an email few months ago, dunno when exactly.

When did you send them a email? just want to know because i really want to write to Celine Dion when she tours in may but i don't want to waste my money if they don't. :neutral:

Dont bother, they dont pass on fan mail.

I found this out the hard way, and have had it confirmed by them via email a while back.

I have sent numerous requests to the MEN Arena , and never had a reply. I wasnt sure whether it was just the people I was writing to, or if the arena didnt pass it on. I posted it on that thread, but it muist've been deleted at some stage as its no longer there.

You asked a question, and I answered it with the information I had direct from the MEN Arena. If people have had successes from there then congrats to them, but the above is what I was told by the MEN Arena, and after around 6 failed requests to that venue, it seems to me pretty strong information.

If you dont believe me, or choose to try, thats your business. I just answered the question with the information I have.
just a thought but maybe they just say that so that they don't have to pass more mail on, i find it weird that they have said they don't pass on fanmail but yet i still receive a reply from Gwen Stefani so they must have passed it on, bit confused :?
