in New Zealand, it takes a while for autos to come back from Uk to NZ, as New Zealand is very far away, farther than South Africa even. Sometimes the post can be pretty quick, like 4 days, or more than 10! Usually about a week though.

I've only sent out a few requests so far, but I got two in a week last month, which is my best so far. Course, my first success arrived only 5 days after I sent it, so maybe that spoiled me a little. Anything over a week and I get impatient now haha.
Deffo not a good idea lol !

I don't mind the wait all that much! Life can be really boring sometimes so it gives one something exciting to look forward to! I have a P.O Box, so I let my mail accumulate over the days, and make it a strict rule that'll I'll only drive out and fetch it every Thursday. Since I've been doing that I've found that there's guaranteed to be at least two autographs waiting for me per week!

I don't know whether you mean wait for the postman to get to your house or waiting for the autograph in general but I don't really think about it. To me I get the post after school and if there's something then I'm happy but I don't really feel all that disappointed if I don't get one...

I usually don't have a problem waiting for the postman, he usually delivers our mail anywhere between 10:25 and 11:30am, so I'm not complaining...the latest we got mail before was like 3pm because someone had to take his place...on weekends the mail is usually already here when I wakeup  And after school knowing something might be there.
