That's the whole list of abbreviations. Over half of them I've never used, and I haven't seen most of them used before.

The most common used ones are:
SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope
SAE - Self Addressed Envelope
IP - In Person
PP - Preprint
AP - Autopen
IRC - International Reply Coupon
RTS - Return To Sender
VV - Via Venue

PP stands for Pre-Printed. When an autograph is printed onto a picture. :)

SASE stands for Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope. Speaks for itself, really.
