I dont smoke beause im to young but I think its up to the people who are smoking to make the decison to stop on there own and have there choice.2nd hand smoke is bad but ur only out eating in a resturant 4 like a few hours not 24/7 its not going to kill you.Its just the way are nation is. hey its better than drugs!

I can legally smoke in September, but I am chosing to never touch a cigarette. I think smoking is not only ugly, but stupid to start. I know some older people can't help themselves since they started before this whole cancer thing came out, but starting now that we know more of the facts? Dumb.

With that said, I think it should be illegal everywhere to smoke in public. Nobody should have to put up with someone else's disgusting habit.

I don't care, as long as that cigarette is not in my face. I hate it when people smoke around me. Even when some of my friends do it, I have to walk away.

I can't stand the smell of smoke. Maybe one day I'll get use to it but now it smells like ****!!!

I do not smoke, (but hey im not legal either) but I know my parents don't like to go in smoking restaurants because of me- and it's just not healthy either!

Yes I would.
Reasons:
1. Even if there is a "No Smoking" area in a restaurant, it doesn't mean the smoke can't get past the smoking area, just because there is only a certain area to smoke.
2. I don't see why people have to put up with the smell of it when we're not actually smoking or harming ourselves (intentionally)
3. I don't want to smell of smoke whilst I'm out
4. I'm not stupid.
