It is indeed free to wait outside at the red carpet to try and meet the celebrities who are walking past.

To actually attend the premiere (i.e. see the film) is usually by invitation only or possibly through winning tickets through promotions/competitions.

If you are planning on going to a premiere, you will have to make sure you get there early enough to get a good spot. This depends on how big the premiere is and where it is to be held, but it may be as little as an hour or sometimes even overnight!

Been asking him for ages if I can go to a premier and he keeps saying yes but I never know which one to go to.
HSM 3 would be perfect because I loved the other two and the people in it are great.

That's great! Me and my sis and my mum might be going to the High School Musical 3 premiere, i hope it's not on during my holidays.

I don't think that you can just buy tickets for premiers, you can wait outside to meet the stars of the red carpet for free but not sure if you can pay to go in.

Please can someone tell me how much premieres normally cost.
