E-Mail Request Help forum -NOT actually posting e-mail addre

Just a small suggestion, but maybe do an E-Mail Request forum where people can get help in what to put as the subject line when sending requests and what all to put in the e-mail. (especially since the e-mails are normally sent to an agent or publicist etc.). Thanks!

ETA: I don't mean posting e-mail addresses, just some suggestions if people do e-mail.
