Well I think you answered the second one for yourself :lol: We already have a board for that.
And about the problem suggestion, I think that would be turning this site into something it's not. This site is for autograph related discussions, so adding anymore general boards would be a bit much I think. If you have a problem you don't mind sharing then just post it in general discussion. If it's too personal then PM a member you trust.
That's just my opinion though, everyone else is free to have theirs! :lol:

For your first idea, from what i've seen on the site, fanmail.biz is autograph related, but with the exception of some general discussion about sports, some games, etc. It is NOT a consuling center nor it should become one.
Second, just post a thread in autograph collecting discussion.
