Hello, I think You should have a section for online successful requests ?
Where people can either see this person went to a website and used either the contact form on the website or the e-mail address listed on a website celebrity’s/ famous person website. Not the famous persons personal e-mail . To get an autograph.
Also, Section for people who send internationally as well. As people live in different countries and some people may not send stuff internationally.
