I think being banned is a little harsh and uncalled for. Demoted would be more suitable. As for being on once a week, you cant help when life outside of fanmail gets in the way. I think as long as there is a notice that you might not be on for awhile then things should be fine.

Also, just noticed Shambler's thread in the Ideas forum covering the same thing. She's given two other names, and I bet if we did the TMs as well we'd get alot more...
