Hi ozzman! ;-)

Thanks for the help! {thumb2} Here's a list of people and the last time they've visited this site:
christine - Wed Dec 05, 2007 5:59 pm
kaz - Sat Dec 15, 2007 3:57 am
starreyes - Sun Oct 07, 2007 6:51 pm
onebuffcop - Thu Sep 13, 2007 8:37 pm

There's some others too who've visited May/April of this year, but we'll give them a chance I guess... :? I also think it's unfair towards current moderator such as SeanKelly1233, iluvsl28 and some other new mods as their names don't appear under each forum they moderate, but rather those of mods who haven't visited the site in almost a year. :neutral: It will be more appropriate to put our names there, as we're mods who visit as often as possible and people can rather pm us for help, don't you think? {up} But that's admin's choice.

Thanks ozzman!
zanne

Yes well I didn't mean every single day, just regulary enough. And I have to admit it there's still "moderators" who haven't visited the site in 11 months... :? Remember, as I already said, new members see them and think they're active so they pm these "mods" with questions - they will think this site is dead! :neutral: But fine, I guess this isn't that big of a issue... {thumb2}

I have to disagree on the "you should have to visit once a day" thing. I know from experience some times it is just impossible to visit the site or let alone get on a computer all the time. Between working and other things. I like the rule we have in place. A global mod can demote a trainee anytime they see fit. As long as there is reasoning. After 3 months of a mod not being on the site a pm is sent if they do not answer then they are demoted.

A moderator should really check the site on a daily base. Once a week is not enough for a moderator, you would be better of just being a regular helpful member.
A moderators job is to keep the forum clean and help out the members, how can you do this if your only on this site once a week, or even once a month?

Anyways just my thoughts on this. :)
I agree 100% with you, guilder1st! {up} I mean, if you can't visit this site at least once a day, then why would you want to be a TM? :? As you said, one can be a regular helpful member too.

Thanks,
zanne
