Id keep her as a trainee for awhile longer to see first if she acts up. Knowledge or not, her rudeness is very uncalled for.

Well, she's a TM now anyhow. Might as well just observe her actions and see how she does.

Hi,

Despite her past problems...possibly we could give her another shot? If worse comes to worse then we get her demoted if she begins her rudeness and everything again.

Hi,
Shambler might be rude sometimes, but I believe she can offer great help to the forum. She is an active member and is reasonably knowledgeable.

Yes, we have had a problem with her before.
I would have to say no {down}
She can be downright rude.. so rude that I've had to delete or edit her posts quite a few times.
