Very odd jdp3577 :? It looks like the site might have been hacked as the green writing on that screen says:

I can't seem to lock threads, move or deal with reported posts as a result :|

It'll be nice to hear what admin has to say about this.

it also takes you to the files when you try to lock topics or try anything on the mod tool
