Ok guys me and Ashley have been talking.

She seems to have an excuse for everything, EG she worded the envelope thing wrong or after the annoying thread she realized he's an expert etc.

I told her she needs to work on things, learn more and then she'll be up to scratch. My reply was "I am, I know the rules..." :roll:

I then said, How can we help her, when I've given her advice before she's felt attacked.

I got a reply "Yes im constantly emailed by mods and members having a go at me for being a TM etc"

I mentioned it wasn't right PM'ing mods saying they shouldn't be mods but her reply was people do it to her.

The thing is what sums it up, we cant help her to learn talking on here we need to tell her, but the fact is she's not going to learn being so defensive about things. Maybe it is right giving her time off from being a TM and coming back in a few months with a fresh start.

I've been sort of pre-occupied with my finals project, but I was able to save the second "Who would make a good TM" post as a PDF, but it's basically what sunkissed08 said (and then Ashley deleted it, not very interesting). The annoying thing is that after I had noticed that she deleted the first one, I PM'd her giving a her a heads up that it may just be best not to make another post [my best attempt at being nice]... well she did anyways=

and was ignored. It seems that any time someone finds a flaw in her practices she is able to shift the fault from her to someone else, whether that be her sister or some other member on the board.

Just to prove things...

Wonder what the "for mods" thread was :neutral: maybe she was having ago for having our own opinions on here.

I am apsolutely angry she's deleted that thread called "users" all because sunkissed made her opinion and I backed it up, how is this person be allowed to do this, its the 3rd topic that no-ones agreed with her and she's deleted it :?

I thought it might've been a joke at first...but sadly, it was not. :neutral: She actually posted a new topic about who would make a good TM. After I asked her why she had made a new one, she replied with:

Well guys and gals, its up to chrissy if she gets demoted or not since she is on her team. So I think someone should state their case to chrissy with all the proof of why she should get demoted.

I saw that and almost posted my reply :shock: but I dont want her to cry :roll: and others have answered anyway.

All a TM really needs to do is watch the board, anyone mess's about tell them, if it gets out of hand tell a mod, thats all :roll: The only time I ever said "a mod will add you to the draw" was when this guy wrote 10 meseges "am I entered"
