Jason's new role in Team Excel

by lizane » Mon Apr 13, 2009 8:47 am

Hi all! ;-)

It's me, Lizanne - I'm back permanently under this username as I've explained in the "ADMIN & MODS: Please read" topic. {up}

Anyways, because of the fact that life became a bit busy for me and I felt I let you all down when I left the past weekend, I decided I probably can still keep this account, but I would need a co-GM to keep me updated and control my team. {thumb2} Jason was my obvious choice, so from now one he'll be my co-GM, which involves:
- telling me who to promote to TM and full moderator status
- telling me who to demote
- anything else which involves "Team Excel"! :)

I'll still check my pm's daily, but I won't be online for very long. {up} So, since Jason is a mod on my team, which means he already has the power to ban and basically do everything else I can, except having access to the "Usergroups" panel, he simply pm's me if I need to promote/demote a team member.

Also, we decided that the name "yellow" isn't a good team name (it's just my username), so our team name will be "Team Excel" - here's what it means:
In Team Excel we strive to "excel". What does that mean?

Here's the official definition from thefreedictionary.com:

The verb means to be or go beyond a limit or standard. To excel is to be preeminent, to be at a level higher than another or others. To surpass another is to be superior in performance, quality, or degree.

We are are team that can be surpassed by none!

Team Excel has a Code, and it is CRUST.

CRUST stands for:

C - ommunication
R - respect
U - nique
S - uffrage
T - rust
So, now he's back as jasonw and I'm "yellow" (until it gets spammed again). :)

I hope all's fine now and if there's anything, please feel free to pm me or Jason!

Regards!
Liz
