Looks like we've got another one doing a similar thing {down}
Pontj998 http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/memberlis ... le&u=20480 has posted "Congratulations on your success. That autograph is awesome! Cool pic too! {thumb2} {??} :mrgreen:" over and over. He probably thinks that by posting a longer message it wouldn't be as obvious that he's spamming :lol:
See his posts, there's pages of it: http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/search.ph ... 0&sr=posts

I locked and edited the posts, and PMed him. He read the PM but didn't reply, so I think he knows now. ;-)

Yes, its a good idea to look the threads :)
The member needs 100 constructive posts, not 100 "good success" posts {down}

If you haven't locked them yet, I'll do it.
I'll PM him about that, too.

maybe PM him now and tell him 100 CONSTRUCTIVE posts so he knows now instead of waiting until 100 unuseful posts are written.

LeMon: Good Idea {thumb2}

BossC: Yes I agree is doing anything "wrong", just looking for leaks in the rules.

guilder1st: I saw that too, I posted to links and one of them were suppose to be linked to that, but I accedeniatlly copied and pasted the same link instead :oops:

Actually he posted congraduation a few times also. ;-) And no I didn't misspell that. He obviously copy/pastes his responses.

I think it should really be considered spam.

I don't necessarily think that what he/she is doing is wrong, just irritating. We just might want to keep an eye on him-especially if/when he starts selling and trading.

The rule in the "Sell/Exchange" forum say that you must have at least 100 constructive posts.
So when he will reach 100 posts and he will start to post in the forum we can lock his threads by saying that his posts were no costructive... ;-)
I don't think we have enough proofs to give him a warning (por posting in the board :lol: )
What do you think about this?
