I like that idea, but I didn't want to volunteer a GM to do that--they already have a bunch of responsibilities...but is there anyone who wants to volunteer?

BTW: one reason for the promotion anyway is that all a person really has to do is pm Admin and he/she will promote them: no discussion, no voting... NOT a good way.
