I was actually about to post the same thing.
nowandagain is very helpful and gives great advice to everyone. She's really nice to everyone as well.

We should definitely encourage her to become a mod.

Ive noticed nowandagain helps out a lot on about all the forums, and I think should be considered for moderator, whats everyone think?

I agree with you, but what do the other Sports Forum moderators think?

Basically if you feel a particular member would be able to help you out, I would suggest asking them.

If you can get all mods of your particular area to agree here, then you can approach the member direct. Then if they decide they would like to become a moderator then you just have to get them to PM Admin :P

Providing all members on that section agree here then they have been "pre-approved" !!!!

I'll send her a pm and ask her! any specific boards that needs more mods or should i just ask her which board she wants to be a mod on?

Its perfectly fine with me if we allow lancelotbaby to become a mod!! Like Christine said, she's a sweet girl and plus I believe she has the experience to become one!!
