i dont think there is anything in it as shown below...

first is from our friend andy316 for the following comment

personally i dont think thats rude, it just might be total disbelief at the luck the guy got - i dont think it merits a thumbs down.

the second is from perennial wannabe greendaygirl for...

a thread thats been removed but her comment says 'thanks for responding' so i dont know if that deserves a thumbs down.

I don't know for sure since I didn't the comments, but I could tell you that that member can be VERY rude to other members, which I assume is WHY he got those negative reputation points.
