All good ideas cernan {up}! I'm just slightly upset because this has happened too many times to me where someone gets upset at me for a trivial reason and then repeatedly gives me negative feedback. If I had earned it, I would have of course left it.

This may be a bad idea, but if you forbid regular members from giving bad feedback it may somewhat decrease that problem. Allow the members to give positive feedback, but prevent them from giving negative feedback. Another option is to have a moderator investigate every incident of negative feedback. This may be tedious but it could somewhat lessen the problem. Any ideas?

Ok, after I took care of the first negative feedback, he gave me another. Which I also deleted.

Don't ever tell her she doesn't have an authentic...will sic other moderators on you. Doesn't matter, she deletes her negative reviews...

So now I'm going to officially warning him for taking advantage of the review system. I hope you all can back me on this one...this guy is causing a LOT of extra trouble.

I know Chrissy...it's pretty sad. He must have nothing to do besides trash other people's successes. At least I don't really feel mocked...with Ian posting the other successes and the differences I feel more vindicated, because it's fairly obvious this bamatwit just wants to seem right when he's obviously not. I just don't want his lies and rumor spreading to everywhere on the board. He's caused enough trouble as it is.

Hey there!!

This is really getting silly with him, he just doesn't give up!! It seems like it doesn't matter whether proof is given or if he is told countless of times that it is unappropriate to be saying such things to members of the forum, whether it is a mod or not! Everyone has the right to be heard and not mocked at.

I'm really sorry he started this with you, it's unfortunate to have to handle with people like that who wish to be nieve themselves and not let others be heard.

Well, as you can see, bamatwit continues to post inappropriate comments and is acting like a scolded child. Could one of the moderators from this forum please edit his post please? Thanks in advance :). I personally think he's very much stepping on the line of needing a warning myself. Maybe that would cool him down a little bit.
bamatwit wrote:I'm not sure either ianwxr. I've been told to apologize to a moderator in another forum because she is claiming to have an authentic autograph when I received the exact same thing on the same day, and mine is a pre-print. So I guess if you disagree with a moderator, or say that god forbid something isn't authentic...you get in trouble.
Oh well though, to each his own I guess.
