I left my 2 pennies worth on the orginal thread
Like Larasie says, it does seem pretty unlikely, but as you know - I would never say never . . . . However, this member currently has two membership accounts - say no more
Anyway, out of a matter of principle it is kind of important to ensure that members post scans with their successes, or at least they should be invited to if they don't leave one on their own. It is actually one of the requirements of the Feedback Forum to make a valid report of a success.
Unfortunately if we don't request this then people will just get lazy and not bother to scan at all
Of course there will always be those people who are not able to scan their success as they don't have a scanner etc, but this member didn't say that
