I think we can all by guilty of not personalising enough when we're busy, but I [b]do[/b] agree it makea all the difference.

Just using the member's name lets them know that you have bothered to read their post properly. Also something I try to do is to welcome new members - basically by posting something like Welcome to Fanmail.biz. I try to do this if it is the first time I have replied to them, or if I notice they have only made a few posts.

The chances of them coming back to somewhere they feel welcome are far greater if they are treated politely and "noticed"!

I do it occasionally, but I'll make an effort to do a bit more :)

As for comments, I think I mentioned them last time, and at this point in time do not have any new comments to add. I will have a think about it though :wink:
