Good desicion. I think it's a good idea to let him continue to view the Junior Moderators forum. Will he always have access to that forum, or will it only be for a while?

Agreed.

TheMailman - Junior Moderator rank removed

Hi guys {up}

Unfortunately it has become necessary today to return TheMailman back to the rank of Autograph Collector. :|

During the process of today Admin and I have had to deal with several complaints from other members regarding his contact on the message board.

As you all know, all moderators must be (and be seen to be) polite and constructive, whilst upholding the conditions of membership. It is in these respects that this member has not performed as we would expect.

I know you will all be compassionate with him though, as he will understandably feel a bit rejected. Also, I would hope you will all support the plan that everybody can have another chance, and that if his attitude improves in the future he will be welcomed back.

Thank you for all your hard work :P

Ian :mrgreen:

PS It was decided in the short term that he would still be allowed access to the Junior Moderator Forum so that he can keep up with what his peers are up to. It was felt that this might help encourage him to be more responsible to other members.
