The way I see it we have two options. There are 27 banners for the second votation. Too many to be entered into one single poll.
As there can only be added 5 options in a poll we can divide the banners into 5 groups (5 in 4 groups and the remaing 7 in the last one) The poll can run for say 2 weeks and people can vote for the group which has their favouite banner in it...
The group that gets the most votes will be made into another poll ... I think this could be a bit confusing and weird!
The other option I see is much more simpler! Line up all the banners and number them from 1 - 27. People will PM their vote to a trusted moderator (again with a 2 weeks limit) who will then announce a top ten list. People only have one vote each...
Those were my suggestions. What do you think?
