We could do that Joel, but certain problem members can simply sign up to a new username and start over.

I do agree however, this issue does need to be dealt with accordingly.

If we can't ban him from that section, maybe we could post a sticky in the Sale/Exchange forums with information regarding problem members to let others know not to trade/buy from them?

Hey guys :)

Here is a PM I recently received from ctheodosis:
Just a quick question ( maybe you can help) I sent user robrap cash for a couple of autographes and he stop returning my emails and never sent the autos. I want to make sure no ones else gets ripped can I post some where about his doings....Chris
Is it possible to ban users just from a particular section of the forums?
