There was no need for him/her to say that. The person probably lives in another country where the OC just started airing so I'd just PM and ask them nicely to apologize.

I already had sent the PM before I had read that. There was rudeness in the post that was a response to the topic.

I was just wondering if rudeness to a Mod. or TM deserves further consequences than just the PM.

Warnings should only be used as a last resort. Try PM'ing him and letting him know that the TM in question probably didn't realize that the O.C. had ended already. Ask him to try and not be rude in the future. 8) Don't resort to warnings unless you have exhausted all other options.
