He has already been removed from the book meaning that he can't access this forum anymore. I'm sure that Admin or Ian will go back and change his rank later.

It should be down to Mods only. TMs should have no say in anything in my opinion. I saw that member yesterday, its ridiculous to join a forum one day and be a TM in less than 24 hours. Ludicrous.
