admin, why is it only a temporary demotion?

I dont see why he should be a TM either, his repeated duplicate threads, and aggressive postings are not what TMs should be posting. He shouldnt have any "power" at all at this time in my opinion.

And I have to ask, how/when did he originally get promoted? I dont remember seeing him as a TM originally, to me he just appeared as a Mod one day :neutral:

whats the point of him being a TM when it's clear he will never make a halfway decent moderator?

I don't think he deserves to be a TM. He's posting duplicate threads IN THE WRONG FORUMS.

The job of the TM is to help people, etc. He's not helpful, and as James said he's hounding him in a THREATENING and INSULTING manner.

Does that sound like someone that should be a TM?

[agree] with everyone else. He is out of control, posting duplicate threads, and is giving warnings for no good reason. He always PMed about football stuff. He asks if I have anything with the Colts, and I said yes, and then he asks if I am selling them, and I said yes, and then he says name all of your Colts stuff, and I did, and then he asks if I am selling, and I said yes, and then he says name all you Colts and Giants stuff, and I did, and then he asks if I am selling them, and then I say yes, and he says for how much, I give him a very reasonable price, and then he says never mind. Sorry for the very very long run-on sentence, LOL. But this guy is annoying and definitely not ready to be a mod, not even a JR mod!
