Why has this member not been demoted yet? I was asked to get her teamleader's opinion, and his opinion is she should be demoted, yet shes still a TM :?

Thanks, can't the team leader demote them? If GMs can delete accounts then they should be able to demote TMs as well. It needs to be done urgently as it is giving out the wrong impression of what a trainee has to do.

Not demoted, they're still a TM despite having their team leader's backing for a demotion :neutral: Maybe admin hasnt come back to this thread.

Have they been demoted?

I don't see how the TM system is possibly going to work when we have them, who are supposed to be setting an example to the other members, causing havoc and being rude and abusive to other members. Surely the whole point of the TM system is to help us, take some of the work off us, such as moving posts etc, we shouldn't have to spend more attention on them than we do on the normal members! I have read the posts this person doesnt need to be a tm. Have rpbluesman take a look at them and see if he wants to demote the user since its his team.
